Beechwood Avenue

Beechwood Avenue

Finchley, London

Scope of works

  • Specwall was chosen to supply the internal walls for the apartments at Beechwood Avenue, and as the SFS replacement on the internal elevations, reducing scaffolding requirements.

Benefits to Development

  • Constricted site required a wall system that could be built with no external access
  • Internal wall construction could begin before structure was water tight.
  • Specwall provided protection for internal works, cutting programme time significantly.
Angel Meadows

Angel Meadows

Manchester

Scope of works

  • Supply and installation of Specwall panels to the basement and a range of apartments in the development.

Benefits to Development

  • Simplicity and speed of installation improved
  • Basement and apartments water tight at an early stage, leading to programme savings
  • Integrated, collaborative design process.
The Ciel Tower

The Ciel Tower

Dubai, UAE

Scope of works

  • Upon completion, The Ciel Tower will be the world’s tallest hotel, standing at 78 storeys and 365m. Located in Dubai Marina, this is an iconic project which will reset the global luxury hotel market. Specwall was chosen to replace drywall and blockwork in the development following the main client and contractor being impressed with the system after visits to existing sites.

Benefits to Development

  • Rapid installation process saved on programme time
  • Easy handling of panels meant that minimal training was needed
  • The simplicity of installing M&E at the same time as the wall panels was cited by developer
The Opus by Omniyat

The Opus by Omniyat

Dubai, UAE

Scope of works

  • The Opus by Omniyat is an iconic residential, hotel and office building in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa District designed by Zaha Hadid which utilises an unusual volumetric design to stand out from its peers. Specwall was chosen to replace the drywall elements of the construction.

Benefits to Development

  • Significant reduction in construction debris.
  • 67dB acoustic rating achieved with walls no thicker than 200mm
Tower 66

Tower 66

Limassol, Cyprus

Scope of works

  • Supply of SpecWall panels in compliance with the fire safety regulations for high-rise buildings, ensuring optimal space utilization for both residential and commercial development.

Benefits to Development

  • SP-75 A2 fire-rated wall system.
  • Significant reduction in construction waste, improving on-site logistics and sustainability.
  • Optimized wall footprint, providing greater usable floor area.
ASBIS Village

ASBIS Village

Pentakomo, Cyprus

Scope of works

  • For this 51-unit residential development, Mododomus employed its advanced factory-built volumetric housing technology, utilizing SpecWall as the envelope solution to deliver superior performance, and compliance over traditional building systems.

Benefits to Development

  • Wall rigidity exceeding that of conventional plasterboard systems
  • Improved safety and human welfare through superior material strength and fire resistance
  • Modular design, precise specifications, and high performance, contributing to the success of this advanced, technology-driven development
Hotel Neom City

Hotel Neom City

KSA

Scope of works

  • SpecWall was selected for the off-site modular construction of a 150-room hotel. The system was chosen for its dual performance benefits—providing both superior thermal insulation and exceptional structural integrity within each prefabricated unit.

Benefits to Development

  • Off-site construction efficiency: Ideal for a project located in a newly developed city with limited local resources, minimizing on-site labor and logistical challenges
  • Lightweight yet robust system: The rigidity and reduced weight of the panels ensured seamless compliance with the operational demands of an active hotel environment
Sunny Town Houses

Sunny Town Houses

Armenia

Scope of works

  • A 20-building community development where SpecWall was selected for shell and core applications in a high seismic zone.

Benefits to Development

  • Labor efficiency: Reduced manpower requirements enhanced construction affordability
